HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Reserve Orders : Orders can be placed in advance, as early as spring, for upcoming crop. 10% deposit is required at time of reserve. All prices subject to change without notice. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

 Opening order for WHOLESALE is $200.00 from this pricelist with no minimum reorders. A business resale number is required to qualify. For RETAIL, there is no minimum order.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECIEVED AND PROCESSED?

 You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hrs of placing your order. If you didn’t receive a notification, please call the office at 800-884-4730 to make sure it was received.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS & WHY ARE THEY NOT INCLUDED ON MY ORDER ONLINE?

Please note: Round trip freight charges and 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns made by customer error. Shipping is additional. We ship via FedEx Ground, Express and on customer account by request. We offer palletized truck freight for large volume orders if more economical. We are a happy to offer drop-shipping service for customers who prefer that option. Please don't hesitate to ask for quotes in our comments area on the order form. We would be happy to advise you of the actual costs before we ship to you.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

All orders for product in stock are shipped promptly upon receipt, with every effort made to send it the most economical way possible. Most orders are shipped within one to two business days. All dried merchandise is shipped via FedEx ground service or US Postal Service within the United States. The actual time in transit can vary from 2 to 7 or more business days, according to your location and any seasonal fluctuations. For Fresh or other Express delivery shipments, we will inform you of costs and clarify when you need delivery before shipping.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

 Yes, we ship worldwide. For a quote, please email the items you are interested in purchasing and an address of the recipient. Please note: Additional Customs processing fees will apply up to $30.00 per shipment, depending on country.

WHAT IF THERE IS DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?

If there is damage to product in shipping or you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. A method of return or credit will be determined. All returns must have an authorization. * Important - NO credit issued for stored product. If storing product, please protect from moisture, pets, heat, or extreme conditions. Due to the nature of dried and preserved florals, weights may vary or fluctuate with their surroundings. Sold as weight at packing. Before we ship your order, we make sure all product is in perfect condition. If it arrives to you damaged, please inform the carrier at the time of delivery if possible. When you receive your order, please open all boxes and match items received against the invoice or packing list enclosed with the shipment. If you open the package and discover a damaged item or discrepancy, please notify us within five business days of receipt and save all packing material for future inspection by carrier. We will ship out replacement immediately if necessary or work with you to resolve the issue for you.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Preferred methods of payment Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover upon order only. Sorry, no COD. Existing term accounts are subject to applicable finance charge for overdue invoices and must be paid upon receipt to keep account current with us. There is a $40.00 fee for any returned checks. All accounts are subject to review and possible change.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DRIED FLOWERS?

The two worst enemies of dried flowers are direct sunlight and humidity. Flowers will naturally fade over time, but many people appreciate the subtle muting of colors and natural beauty that time gives to florals. We recommend no more than 6 months to a year to replace your florals. Compared to fresh flowers, this gives you roughly 11½ months more enjoyment time! If storing, please protect from moisture, extreme heat or pests.

Dried & preserved florals are for indoor use, away from direct sunlight, heat, high humidity or moisture and pests. To preserve the unique beauty, please avoid displaying in areas where these conditions are present.

ARE ALL YOUR FLOWERS NATURAL?

 All of the products grown on our farm are natural. Some items are also enhanced with natural palm glycerin (a natural preservative) & floral dyes. Additional items we carry from other select growers are either all natural or may also be enhanced as above, while a few items are faux (man-made), which is stated in their descriptions.

HOW DO I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL BE SAFE?

 We have enlisted state of the art technologies to insure that you will have the best protection available. Our site uses the latest in 128 bit encryption for your protection, ensuring a secure site.

WHAT IS YOUR SALE POLICY?

 If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us within 5 business days of receipt and a method of return or credit will be determined. IMPORTANT: No credit issued for stored product.
